Wednesday-FINALLY!!!
After nearly a month and a half of waiting my mom is finally coming home. . . tomorrow!!! She is planning on making a guest appearance on the blog when she gets home so make sure to check back here tomorrow afternoon. I was just looking back at some of the first blogs and looking at how much progress my mom made in such a short amount of time! At Helen Hays my mom has been receiving therapy to help her get up and moving around again. She is able to already walk up a flight of stairs with the help of crutches ( although it is painful), and walk with a walker. Thanks again for the continues out poor of prayers, support, and FOOD! You have all been our saving grace during this long haul. God Bless!

That is so exciting! I was in Ava's class on Tuesday (for my daughter Morgan) and I teared up at the joy in her eyes. She thanked the teacher for the card that the class made for her mom...and then I was told that she (your mom) was coming home on Thursday. I told Ava that she must be so excited to have her mom home and that her mom must be so excited to be coming home! She smiled and said "yes". I too cannot even believe the rate of progress! Enjoy the homecoming!
Sincerely,
JeanMarie McGahan (Morgan's mom)
