Dear Maureen,
In the silence of the ICU your whispered prayer of suffering and pain is our new beginning as we mend with you, in contrition, repentance, forgiveness and compassion. Like the poet, you love to the depths and the heights of ideal grace that we strive for and, will find when we see our God face to face. Dearest daughter you reign in majesty and beauty from a throne disguised as a hospital bed.
Love ,
Dad

Dear Jennifer: As Christians all over the world are preparing today to enter the holiest of weeks, we reflect upon the Martin and O'Connor families as they are truly walking the Way of the Cross. Jennifer, your blog is bringing glory to God in reporting the miracles of your Mom's healing progress. With each day, your Mom is rising from her injuries. We thank God for His greatness and for your family's example of steadfast love and faith in God's power and promise. Stand firm in your belief!
Love,
Mary, Don, Maureen & Sean Dowsett
